Manufactured Home Owners Association of America
Manufactured Home Owners Association of America is a national organization dedicated to the protection of the rights of all people living in Manufactured Housing in the United States. This organization is comprised of all volunteers who receive no compensation (save legitimate expenses) and who are totally dedicated to the welfare of its constituency.

Northwest Justice Project’s CLEAR Legal Aid Hotline
CLEAR is Northwest Justice Project’s toll-free telephone service for eligible low-income people and seniors to obtain free legal assistance with civil legal problems. CLEAR is the gateway to help with civil legal problems in Washington State and works cooperatively with volunteer lawyer programs and other legal aid providers around the state. CLEAR handles civil, not criminal legal problems.

Commerce’s Office of Manufactured Housing administers Mobile Home Relocation Assistance and provides technical assistance to park residents interested in exploring purchasing manufactured housing communities. Monthly Relocation Assistance Program updates are available on the Commerce web site’s Relocation Assistance page, http://www.commerce.wa.gov/site/484/default.aspx.

PROPERTY TAXES
If you disagree with the assessed value of your property, your mobile home, you have the same rights as any home owner does to dispute and appeal. To dispute call the number listed on your Assessor’s notice, their staff will assist you. Still not satisfied, you can appeal to your county’s Board of Equalization.You have 60 days to do this. In Snohomish County call 425-388-3407.
